Mimi deja vu

Mimi was up about 65 feet, in a Douglas Fir tree for 3 nights.  I got a call from a concerned neighbor, then a call from another concerned neighbor, then a call from the owners.  When I arrived there was a small group of people gathered around worried about Mimi. 

About a month later the owners had me get her down again from the same spot.  Again they gave her three nights to get down on her own. I guess she wanted to wait for the elevator.
